The James Beard Foundation annually holds an event in New York where it celebrates culinary diversity, honoring the most skillful chefs in the world, and showcasing the unique tastes presented by travel industry leaders from around the globe. Naturally the event draws the attention of nutrition experts and prominent travel agents from everywhere, making the event a very prestigious and sought after endeavor.

Adellaporta actually participated in one of James Beard’s New York events in 2017 where we presented the “Gifts from Greece”, and we plan to do so again in April of 2019.
